Client: International Food Products Distribution Company
Project and Services Performed: Company sought to expand its product line and
establish itself in a new international market, and needed to create an informational
resource to attract new vendors. Analyzed business operations and performed market
research, and created a company profile and strategy document which contained
information on management and sales staff, company history, facilities, distribution
channels, existing product line and business growth strategy.
Clients: Two of the largest affiliates of the American College of Healthcare Executives
Project and Services Performed: Established web portal to provide member services
including information resources, employment database registration, online registration
and dues payment (e-commerce). Gathered requirements of stakeholders (board
members, vendors and selected membership), and performed project management of
web development. Result was on-schedule, within budget, delivery of two of the most
visited websites of the association.
Client: Top 5 Staffing & Human Capital Management Company
Project and Services Performed: Human capital and sales force automation enterprise
resource planning system, for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. Provided business
analysis, process improvement, and instructional development services. Interacted
with executives, business units, and customers for performing process/gap analysis,
defining business requirements, developing performance measurements, as well as
designing and developing web-based business process courses, assessments, and
evaluations.

Client: State of Florida
Project: Financial operations and process improvement. Inventoried agency systems and created functionality profiles. Conducted interviews with business unit owners to validate and solicit information on each department operations and the system functionality, as well as the requirements related to federal and state laws, rules, and policies, for maintaining each system. Developed the business case for the selection of an ERP (enterprise resource planning) financial operations system to replace the legacy system.
Project: International initiative involving review, assessment, analysis, and recommendations for health reform policy, financial operations, and strategy. Project initiated with major accounting and consulting firm and a European capital. Presentation included operational and financial strategies and implementation.
